Vietnamese Ancient Tree Oolong
This special tea is made from Ancient Trees that have been growing deep in the forests at elevations of over 4,000 ft for 500+ years in the northern province of Ha Giang.Bordering Yunnan, China this new style of tea for Vietnam shares the smooth, distinctive notes of cocoa & stout with teas produced by its neighbor.

Steeping Instructions
- Fill kettle with fresh water.
- Heat water until below boiling (approximately 195-205°).
- 2-3 teaspoons (3-5 grams) of tea per 6-8 oz. cup or pot.
- Rinse leaves by pouring the heated water over the dry leaves, discard liquid immediately.
- Pour heated water over leaves, steep for 30 seconds - 1 minute.
- Subsequent steeps longer, up to 4 minutes.
*Oolong leaves are traditionally steeped several times per sitting.
