serendipiTea respects your privacy and values your confidence. We treat our customers and visitors as we would like and expect to be treated.

Your visits are neither monitored nor tracked and there are no cookies here.

serendipiTea does not engage in any form of personal information exchange be it through sale, barter, trade, disclosure, viewing or any other method that may exist.

Should you choose to offer Feedback during your visit, you might also request to be on our mailing list. Providing your e-mail address enables us to send you, via e-mail, any Event Information, E-Notices or Tea Items of Interest. If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list, simply e-mail your request to tea@serendipiTea.com or phone us at 516-365-7711.

Ordering

What information do we request & why?

For on-line orders it is necessary to gather basic information so that we may confirm, process and ship your order: Name, Bill to and Ship to Address, Telephone Number, Fax Number (optional), E-mail Address. Once an order is submitted, a confirmation is immediately sent via e-mail. Incorrect and/or non-responding addresses are not saved. Credit Card numbers are kept on file only if we are requested to do so. Telephone numbers are only used to contact the customer if there is a problem processing an order or delivering a shipment.

SerendipiTea Return & Quality Policy

SerendipiTea proudly stands behind the quality of our teas and tisanes. If a product purchased from www.serendipiTea.com is believed to be defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. You may be asked to provide your order number, proof of purchase, photos, and product details to help us evaluate your request. If approved, a SerendipiTea store credit equal to the merchandise price only will be issued.

If a tea is not to your personal taste but is not defective, we are unable to offer refunds; however, a store credit may be issued at our discretion for future purchases.

As an GMP/HACCP Certified Facility, SerendipiTea cannot accept physical returns or exchanges of tea or teaware, whether opened or unopened.

All claims are reviewed case by case, and SerendipiTea reserves the right to deny requests in instances of insufficient documentation, suspected misuse, or fraud. Seasonal variation is natural in agricultural products like tea, and flavor differences may occur from harvest to harvest. We recommend trying smaller quantities before purchasing larger sizes if it is your first time purchasing

SerendipiTea reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time without notice.
