Pai Mu Tan, PF
Pai Mu Tan, also known as White Peony & Bai Mu Dan, consists of two young leaves & the downy bud of the Dai Bai varieties of tea plants picked in spring in Fujian Provence. The golden liquid is smooth & flowery with a hint of earthiness.
Our PF (pekoe fanning) is not as delicate or nuanced as full leaf & bud as these have been expertly reduced to smaller bits in order to provide more robust flavor.
