Kukicha
Kukicha is a visually stunning, finely blended style of desirable upper stems & sencha grade nibancha, i.e. leaves from the second harvest. Light & delicate, toasty with sweet end notes, this tea is sure to be an instant favorite.Heat water below boiling (approx. 175-185°), steep 2 teaspoons up to 3 minutes, refresh as desired.

Steeping Instructions
- Fill kettle with fresh water, then heat.
- Warm your teapot with a little hot water, discard, place your tea leaves in teapot, allowing heat of the pot to release bouquet of the tea leaves.
- Heat water below boiling (approximately 180°). Steep 1 teaspoon (2.5 g/8 oz. cup) up to 3 minutes & refresh cup as desired.
*Vary time according to taste, & remember that steeping tea leaves beyond 3 mins does not contribute to flavor, only bitterness.
