Jade Pearls
Fruity aroma, sweet honey notes with a slight, pleasant astringency best describes this surprising Green Tea reminiscent of celebrated Jade Oolongs of Taiwan ~ visually, aromatically & in taste. Made from the Chinsing Ganchong (Qing Xin Gan Si) cultivar which grows almost exclusively in the SanHsia (San Xia) Tea District (just south of Taipei City), this tea, unlike Oolongs from the mountainous regions of Taiwan, is low-grown at altitudes ranging from 650-2000 feet above sea level & is not oxidized.
