If a tea or tisane purchased on www.serendipiTea.com is deemed defective by the customer, we request that the unused portion with original sales receipt be returned to us and upon receipt customer will receive serendipiTea credit equal to the price of merchandise ONLY. A Credit Memo will be emailed & can be used for future purchase.
