Ingredients:
*Please prepare using local, organic, and seasonal products when feasible.
- 1 ½ oz Hendrick’s Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Sour*
- ½ oz Cream

1 oz SerendipiTea’s ZZZ
- ½ Egg white
*2 parts simple syrup to 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Method:
Assemble ingredients and shake very well indeed. Served without ice.
