We are very pleased to offer this easy drinking green tea from a woman-owned cooperative of family farmers in mountainous Thai Nguyen Province in Northern Vietnam. Established in 2001 by the indefatigable Mrs. Hiep, Tan Huong Tea Cooperative is the first tea company in Vietnam to receive UTZ Certification. This crisp, roasted tea is produced naturally without chemicals, stimulants, or pesticides ~ strong, lasting flavor with a pleasant bite is the result.

Steeping Instructions:
1. Fill kettle with fresh water, then heat.
2. Warm your teapot with a little hot water, discard, place your tea leaves in teapot, allowing heat of the pot to release bouquet of the tea leaves. 3. Heat water below boiling (approximately 180°). Steep 1 teaspoon (2.5 g/8 oz. cup) up to 3 minutes & refresh cup as desired.
*Vary time according to taste, & remember that steeping tea leaves beyond 3 mins does not contribute to flavor, only bitterness.
