    Celebration Jasmine

    •

Making its debut at World Tea East, October 2013! Organic jasmine pearls, rose & cornflower petals:
A celebratory tea of extraordinary quality & taste for all occasions when only the best will do. This exclusive blend was created by The Tea House Times (www.theteahousetimes.com) in collaboration with SerendipiTea.

Gail Gastelu, Founder & Publisher/Editor in Chief of The Tea House Times, reminds us that "each serving provides multiple steeps revealing a different character with each steep". She adds, "What I find so interesting is that the first steep reveals a light rose fragrance & surprising bit of sweetness. With additional steeps the rose dissipates & the jasmine sings."

    Ingredients:
Cornflower, Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls (Organic), Rose Petals (Organic)

    Steeping Instructions

    1. Fill kettle with fresh water, then heat.

    2. Warm your teapot with a little hot water, discard, place your tea leaves in teapot, allowing heat of the pot to release bouquet of the tea leaves.

    3. Heat water below boiling (approximately 190°). Steep 1 teaspoon (2.5 g/8 oz. cup) up to 3 minutes & refresh cup as desired.

*Vary time according to taste, & remember that steeping tea leaves beyond 3 mins does not contribute to flavor, only bitterness.
