Chai Rum Toddy (Makes two servings)
Curl up with this spicy, aromatic brew and a good book for a mellow evening at home.
2 Masala Chai T-Bags from SerendipiTea
3 oz. aged rum
2 tsp. honey, or to taste
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 Cinnamon Sticks
Steep two cups of Masala Chai. To each cup add half the rum, honey and lemon juice. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.

Black Pepper (Organic), Cardamom (Organic), Cinnamon (Organic), Clove (Organic), Ginger (Organic), Indian Black Tea (Organic), Orange Peel (Organic)
1. Fill kettle with fresh water, then heat to a rolling boil (212°).
2. Place a Single Serve T-sachet in your cup, pour water from kettle over T-sachet.
3. Steep 5 minutes.
*Vary time according to taste, & remember that steeping tea leave beyond 5 mins does not contribute to flavor, only bitterness.
