New Tea & Tisane

Butterfly Pea Flower
Feeling Blue? We've got what you need.
Butterfly Pea Flowers, also known as Blue Pea & Asian Pigeonwings, are from a climbing plant indigenous to SE Asia, specifically Thailand & Vietnam. When steeped, these pretty flowers turn the water a mesmerizing blue hue, naturally, right before your eyes.
Loaded with anti-oxidants & catechins, this
caffeine-free treat has a mild taste that is best compared to chamomile. Try it
hot or chilled. Many enjoy incorporating Butterfly Pea Flowers into cocktails,
mocktails & even lemonade for dramatic effect.
Delight your friends & family with a little "magic" trick! Add lemon or lime (Citrus) which alters the pH of the liquid & results in the color changing to a deep Violet or even Pink.
