This Japanese standard is delicious hot & cold! Chilled Mugicha is a refreshing staple found in Japanese refrigerators during the hot months of Summer. In Korea, it is called Bori Cha.
Caffeine-free with a subtle sweetness, Mugicha is perfect for the kids...but you might not want to share, it's that good.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Barley contains Gluten. Mugicha should be avoided by individuals on Gluten-Free diets or with Gluten-related health issues.

Steeping Instructions:
1.Fill saucepan with 8 cups fresh water. 2. Add 2 tablespoons Mugicha, bring to a rolling boil.
3. Reduce heat, simmer up to 20 minutes.
4.For Chilled Mugicha, cool to room temperature then refrigerate.
*Note: Tisanes are Caffeine-Free.
