S. African herb similar to Rooibos in appearance & taste, though a bit sweeter in aroma & palate. Consumed for centuries by the indigenous people, this calming herb reputedly increases appetite. The flowers in bloom give off a pleasant honey perfume - hence the name. Indigenous to the Eastern Cape region (southern tip) of South Africa.

Steeping Instructions:
1.Fill kettle with fresh water, then heat. 2. Heat water until rolling (approx 212°). Steep 1 teaspoon up to 5 minutes or to taste; refresh cup as desired.
