Ranked second in Keemun grading, just after Hao Ya A, this tea is similar in appearance to Hao Ya A & is known for its generous showing of buds & tips. Hao Ya B steeps to a sweet orchid-scented, full-bodied cup. bright reddish-brown in color. Toasty, mellow & quite complex.

Ingredients:
Chinese Black Tea (Organic)
Steeping Instructions:
1. Fill kettle with fresh water, then heat.
2. Warm your teapot with a little hot water, discard, place your tea leaves in teapot (one level teaspoon per cup), allowing heat of the pot to release bouquet of the tea leaves.
3. Heat water to rolling boil (212°). Steep up to 5 minutes.
*Vary time according to taste, & remember that steeping tea leave beyond 5 mins does not contribute to flavor, only bitterness.
