We've assembled a group of tried & true crowd-pleasers. Each selection is excellent hot but this time of year, when poured over Ice, they're sure to hit the spot.
Making Iced Tea is Easy Peasy. Simply use half the amount of liquid normally used to make hot tea (in order to prepare a concentrate), steep for the appropriate amount of time in boiled water, discard leaves, cool to room temp, then pour over a generous glass of ice when ready to drink. OR make a cold brew by infusing the tea or tisane in the usual amount of water, refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight. Strain leaves after desired amount of cold steep time has elapsed. Then Enjoy!
