Ginger (Organic), Pai Mu Dan (Organic)
1. Fill kettle with fresh water, then heat.
2. Heat water below boiling (approx 175 - 185°). Steep 2-3 teaspoons up to 1 minute for first steep, 3-5 minutes for the subsequent steeps, refresh cup as desired,*Vary time according to taste, & remember that steeping tea leave beyond 3 mins does not contribute to flavor, only bitterness.
