Ingredients:
Blackberry Leaves, Blueberry, Blueberry Flavor (Natural & Artificial), Rose Hips (Organic)
Steeping Instructions:
1. Fill kettle with fresh water, then heat.
2. Heat water until rolling (approx 212°). Steep 1 teaspoon up to 5 minutes or to taste; refresh cup as desired.
*Note: Tisanes are Caffeine-Free.
