ORDERING

What information do we request & why?

For on-line orders it is necessary to gather basic information so that we may confirm, process and ship your order: Name, Bill to and Ship to Address, Telephone Number, Fax Number (optional), E-mail Address. Once an order is submitted, a confirmation is immediately sent via e-mail. Incorrect and/or non-responding addresses are not saved. Credit Card numbers are kept on file only if we are requested to do so. Telephone numbers are only used to contact the customer if there is a problem processing an order or delivering a shipment.

If your order is a gift, your gift recipient’s information is not used for any other purpose than shipping.

Customer Guarantee/Return Policy

SerendipiTea firmly stands behind its product and is confident that our customers will find that our tea and tisane are the finest quality. If a customer is not happy with his/her purchase, we request that the unused portion be returned to us and upon receipt customer will receive SerendipiTea credit equal to the price of merchandise ONLY. Credit can be used for future purchase.

*Accouterments/accessories (including all teapots) cannot be exchanged or returned.
