Rare hand-crafted tea from Huo Shan (Mountain) in Anhui Province, Eu Certified Organic. The distinctive shiny sword shapes are comprised of slim, downy buds with one or two leaves. Soft floral notes, rich & smooth with a lingering sweetness. "Yellow" refers to the pale, straw-colored liquor.

Steeping Instructions:
1. Fill kettle with fresh water, then heat.
2. Heat water below boiling (approx 180°). Steep 1 teaspoon up to 3 minutes & refresh cup as desired.
*Vary time according to taste, & remember that steeping tea leave beyond 3 mins does not contribute to flavor, only bitterness.
