A superb offering from Southern Anhui, Tai Ping County at the foot of Haungshan Mountain. From the small village of Hou Ken, "Kui" means best of all. 1 large downy bud & 2 plump leaves of the large-leaf Shi-da Cultivar are picked & must be nearly if not exactly same size. Skillfully crafted into long, flat "swords", this extraordinary tea offers a lasting orchid fragrance & sweet taste. Prepare in a glass to experience the Phoenix Dance of the leaves as they sway ever so gently. Rare even in China.
